Fixing and Waterproofing:

Conducted after architraves, skirtings, painting and waterproofing is completed but before finishing work.

Final Inspection:

Occurs when construction is nearly complete.
Comprehensive Construction Phase Inspections covering all aspects of the building, including fixtures and fittings, finishes, and safety features.
